  • So I've had my nails done here a couple of times (with Nancy) and also took my daughter there this time in preparation for a special event. We both got shellac (bio seaweed gel). The staff are very nice. But their product & process is terrible. Never ever have I had this kind of experience elsewhere. The first time I tried the venue based on reviews, my nails started to chip and peel after just a few days. This time I had the same experience and so did my daughter. Her need was more urgent so we had her's fixed a couple of days after getting them done. We do not live close to the salon so it's an effort for us to go there. Then a few days later mine started to chip in as well, as did hers again even after getting them fixed! I've attached pictures to demonstrate the issue. It had been almost 2 weeks since our original appointment. I did explain that our issues had arisen just a few days after we had our nails done but it didn't seem to matter. That's a choice the salon makes. Perhaps Rosy Nails is good for artificial nails, but shellac leaves something to be desired - sorry. I've tried to be honest and fair in this review which is what I would hope for if I was the owner.
