| - This is the worst educational institution I've had the misfortune of attending, having gone through a few.
The biggest problem is the administration. The absolute best admin staff are grossly incompetent--for the majority of them, you can add sheer malice to the incompetence. I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such genuinely cruel and malicious people in my life.
Instructors aren't much better. About 80% of my instructors routinely just don't show up to a significant percentage of the classes--zero notice, I drive all the way in just to sit around for 15 minutes wondering if they'll show up then I give up and go home. No refund for the huge amount of lessons I've paid for that I was never given. No apologies, ever. I'm subjected to far stricter attendance requirements as a student than their professors who largely don't bother coming in to work. Don't expect to receive any more than a couple of pieces of work back each semester--final grades are usually a surprise, not like you receive any real amount of your marks beforehand. All done behind closed doors and not transparently to the student--very shady practice. Oh, and about half of my professors don't actually speak or understand English.
Even when you resolve admin issues and get a prof who shows up for work at least 30% of the time, the courses in Computer Networking and Technical Support are a complete waste of time. 95% of the courses, you can learn more by spending 10 minutes on wikipedia for free reading about the subject than in 4 months of paying for the course. The other 5%, make it an hour of private study instead of 10 minutes.
Many professors and administrators are racist, sexist, and ableist bigots. Steer clear.
