  • My sister recommended them for their quality and long lasting work on her pedicure. I went in for a gel manicure, very simple with no design. The brochure quoted COLOR GEL MANICURE $25. We had an appt, i got sat down, &had my previous manicure "soaked" to remove the gel. I waited 25 mins with the aluminum wraps on my fingertips- with a tech coming by ever 5min telling me someone would finish me up soon. When someone finally came to scrap off my nails, i asked for a colored long tip (almost full colored nail, minus the moon of my nailbed). I showed her pics of previous works, then i was left alone for another 10min. A tech came and started buffing my nails, complimenting my nailbeds, mentioned a design would be $40, i said fine, because i dont need design. With my manicure finished, she called other techs to compliment her work, a man even took a pic and asked me to Yelp them. I asked the cashier when paying, "color gel manicure is only $25, right" she said Yes, but you pay $ 40 for your "design"... WHAT? look at my nails and tell me what QUALIFIES AS DESIGN?! it was a Color Gel Manicure-minus a bit of paint. NOT WORTH THE DRIVE, THE HYPE, OR EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
