I had originally given Glick's one star because they were unable to solve my problem and did not follow up on their promises. My review prompted a response from the owner, Dave. He immediately came over and solved the problem. During his visit, he was very apologetic and polite. While it should not have taken a negative Yelp review to get the appropriate response, I believe him when he tells me that it was a communication issue with his tech. Since the issue was resolved,I WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
