  • The employees act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Then the engraving was not done at the time promised, they said to come back in 10 minutes, so I came back in 15, they had not even started engraving my little sign with my deceased dogs name on it. So I stayed it the shop, basically staring at them, trying to get them to start on it. 45 minutes later I have my little metal sign done, it looked nice, but it also cost $53 and could easily fit in the palm of my hand. What an aggravating rip off. Never again!
