  • This is my first experience with pearle vision, I got an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. I'm rating this 4 stars because I wish there was more of a selection and when I showed up to get my glasses they weren't the color frame I picked out. I'm not the type of person to make a big deal out of anything or return items. Mistakes happen, we're only human. I assumed it would be a big hassle to go back and get the ones I wanted ordered. Karen assisted me and was very polite, & understanding! I ended up getting the brown pair instead of black but was happy I was leaving with my new pair of glasses. It took less than 10 minutes to solve this issue. I will continue to follow up with pearle vision, everyone I interacted with was very nice & professional.
