If I could give their service department negative stars I would.
I dropped my car off for a couple of recalls that needed to be taken care of. I called a week before and the person on the phone put me on hold to ensure they had or would have the correct parts for the fixes. Which I was told they had.
I dropped my car off for my 11am appointment and was asked if I was going to wait there for it. I had already arranged a ride because I have a 1 yr old with me that doesn't wait well.
I went through the day not worrying about my car till about 5:00pm when I thought "hmm I wonder if it's gonna be done soon" I called and was told that it looked like it was done but the case manager had just gone to check it. The woman told me that he would be calling
Me back shortly.
Long story short, 4 more phone call later at 7:30pm I find out I'm not getting my car back till the following morning and I would receive a call 1st thing at 7:15am with an update.
830 rolled around when I called them and was told it would be done and delivered to my house by 11am.
Well here it is 3pm and my car just rolled into my driveway.
I will NEVER take my vehicle back to Superstition Dodge ever again. They obviously do not care about anyone's time or troubles that they cause.
As a busy mom not having a car is unacceptable. That's why we bought the damn thing.
If you do take a vehicle to them do not do your business with Angel.
