Bought a used car here and was pressured by the bartering. Finally decided to buy the car which was the worst. Me and my family told them we just wanted to buy the car and the finance person insisted we get all these upgrades and spend more. Every question I asked they spun into a we have an upgrade for that and wasted my time. Plus, since my parents were fobs, I could tell they were trying to target them to buy the things because they probably wouldn't know better and were the ones buying it for me. Surprise, my fob parents are cheap af so gtfo. Finally we all said no and he gets up to go get his manager to try to close the deal for these upgrades. Seriously? I wanted to tell both of them that this was pretty pathetic after the closer made us act like idiots for not paying extra for the warranty and stuff. I get you have a quota but don't kill the customer because we're not inclined to help you satisfy your salary. The only reason I give 2 stars is the people you work with in the beginning are ok and are more humane.
Update: just called to ask a question about windshield cracks being covered under warranty and this guy answer with "what?hello? Hello?" In a rude manner. He also interrupted my sentence and said no rudely. Idk maybe he was more eager to get back to a customer or was having a bad day
