been a verizon customer since Cellular One days. purchased a smart hub on recommendation of tech support at verizon. unfortunately
its not as advertised and unlimited data does not apply, called tech support and was advised after a lengthy discussion, that this was not the unit for me. There was no return label in the box, so tech support advised to take it to this store and they would return it for me. SO i got upped by a sales person with little or no product knowledge, who the turned me over to Jason a "manager" was told by Jason that it was too difficult for the store to do it and that i should take it to fed ex, and further explained that if he did he would change me $35 restocking !
long story short. avoid the store at all costs
