  • This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. We took our daughter here to get braces and it was nothing but problems from day one. They somehow "misplaced" our very first payment and then threatened to report us to collections for months even though we had bank statements proving they took the payment out of our account. They told us our daughter had four cavities and when we cancelled their horrible service and took our daughter to a reputable dentist we were told she had zero cavities. When we cancelled service the corporate office told us to sign a termination of contract at the office and when we went to the office they said there was no such thing as termination of contract. We were literally talking on the phone with the corporate office while standing in the dental office and they were telling us opposite things. Then after cancelling the service they are trying to say we still owe them 166.00. We made every payment until we cancelled. Not to mention our daughter would be in pain after every visit because the wires on the braces would be too long and cut the side of her mouth. One time we hadn't even made it home before one of the brackets they put on fell off. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It is horrible!!!
