This little cute Japanese bakery has expanded into Main St. of Mississauga.
I walked in a little late on Sunday so there were only the originals and cheese tarts left. The bakery was clean and aromatic. I ordered 2 originals and paid $28 in total.
The cheesecake was warm and fluffy when I tried it in the parking lot (no judgment) and seemed like it just came right out of the oven.
I prefer my cake to be cold and a little more solid so I stuck it in the fridge when I got home.
1. The taste of the cake was fab but seemed a little too sweet
2. The texture and consistency were good frozen and soft
3. The price of the cake was fair as it is one of the only Japanese cheesecake bakery in the area
Final verdict: I am still going with Uncle Tetsu or HCafe but this is a very close 2nd, especially if I don't want to trek all the way to Toronto.
