I'm not sure why some people are reviewing other products that Sanngan's carries but they are a butcher and in saying that all reviews should be about the meat.
I'd also like to say that meat should be dark in color and not red. The red color you see in super markets is often due to dyes and other things you might not want in your meat. If you are getting beef you actually want a good dark cut.
Now onto my review. I really like this place. The fact that it is generally packed on teh weekends in a good sign. True the meat is a bit pricey but its also delicious. 100x better than anything I could purchase at the super market and unlike supermarket meat I never feel sick after eating meat from Sangans. (I'm pretty sensitive to additives/dyes/hormones so I am pretty sure this is the cause of my feeling sick when eating supermarket meat at times.)
Sangans has rekindled my love of meat. I also love the service you get there and I like that the staff will talk to you about cooking methods and cuts of meat. I give 4 stars mostly because its not in my regular budget to shop here all the time, but otherwise this is a great location!
