  • I went into Mattress Firm to browse on Feb 1, 2015. I end up spending much more time in the store than I expected. I was greeted upon entering and was treated like a person and not as a mark. My sales person Josh Tuck was very knowledgeable of the different mattress materials and was able to give me a brief history lesson lol. At the end of my tour I left with a quote for a mattress, box spring, frame, and memories of the two mattress that were just right for me (and they were reasonably priced).
