| - I started the torturous process of car shopping yesterday, and this was my first stop. I would rather get my teeth extracted than go car shopping, so I went in with great reservations. However, this place was different. We went in knowing what kind of car we wanted, and were taken car of by Teresa Chatwin. Knowledgeable, friend, non-salesy, straightforward woman, Teresa got down to brass tacks and gave us the numbers, period. While the car was getting prepped for us to test drive (she wanted the a/c running for a bit) she gave us a tour of the facility, including the service area. Several people stopped to say hello and greeted us as if we were the new neighbors on the block. Impressive. Yes, I get it that they know we're there to spend money so they should of course be nice, but they didn't come across vulture-like, they seemed genuinely glad to see us. I'm told that's typical of a Penske-owned dealership.
Art Ocana then took us for a test drive. Nice and friendly, he let us drive as long as we wanted, then drove us around the lot so we could see every single car we wanted to see in every single color/interior combination they had. No rush, no BS, just friendly and helpful.
We didn't buy a car that day only because we've just started the shopping process. Though I have to say, if I buy a Honda, it WILL be from here; I may even buy a Honda vs another car because of this dealership. We even went home and researched what other Penske dealerships were out there because if they're all like this one, I'll never buy from anyone else again. Thanks! By the way, once we left there, we went to the Nissan down the street. See THAT review too (Power Nissan).
