  • These guys (and gal) are great. Better than great. They are excellent. Always professional. Always helpful. Always responsive. I was in the store when an angry (and confused) customer called. I listened as an employee patiently provided information and offered apologies for the limitations of his role. When the call was over there were no attempts to mock the customer or roll his eyes. He simply finished the call and went back to his task. Others may complain about the UPS system or the neighborhood. But they will not complain about the service here. Every single employee here is professional and efficient and knowledgeable. Always.
