  • We visited The Liberty shortly after it opened and were impressed. I'm really tired of all of the pretentious restaurants in Charlotte...finally, a place that serves good food, good wine, good beer and good cheer! We ordered the sliders and the homemade pickles to start and loved them! We were in a hurry, so we shared the burger for dinner and it was cooked perfectly...the condiments were also in the right proportions so as not to overwhelm the delicious burger. We'd definitely go back!
