This complaint is against the franchise, not a specific location.
I've been going to ME randomly for about a year & a half, but realized it's not important enough to warrant monthly billing. The hoops you have to jump through to cancel are ridiculous - I'm in AZ now but have to call original CT location. They want 30 days, a phone call with their membership coordinator & another hit to my credit card. Of course I will edit their ridiculous forms & contact my CC company, as I'm done and the good will earned by their subcontractors is now gone, gone & gone.
PS To anyone cancelling, you don't have to sign their paperwork as written. Just edit it to reflect what you agree to abide by (what I've done).
