WHAT HAPPENED TO HUMAN KINDNESS?
I called Canyon Ridge Endodontics asking for a possible appointment for my son. He is not their patient but in extreme pain as the dentist that did 2 root canals and obviously botched something. I've never had pain with root canals.
I specifically asked if the office had any 5pm appointments or Saturdays, as my son just started a new job.(which is why I am calling for him) I was told nastily no and to find someone else. I asked for a referral and was then told to Google it! So, I asked the secretary if she would mind asking one of the endodontists or a tech that new more about the community for a possible referral. I really didn't think that was too much to ask.
She nastily told me to hold on only to come back and tell me to google it! Wow!
I am very disappointed that this office had no interest in helping another human being in pain. And in this professional community, I was appalled at this behavior. Having compassion and treating others kindly is surely what's missing in many areas in our country. So, shame on this office. I can only believe the endodontists that treat their patients have much more compassion than the front desk person. As I would bet this person didn't even ask anyone for help. I trust this is not the MO of the office and treat their patients with respect and kindness!
