  • liars. they agreed to cover the overage miles from my previous lease when I got into a new lease. we shook hands on it and jotted all the terms down on scrap paper including the number of miles on my lease and initialed the deal before I went into that office to do the formal paperwork. when signing all the documentation, I made the mistake of not making sure that the deal included the overage miles and they were left out of the paperwork. My mistake. I trusted them at their word and I did not thoroughly review the paperwork presented to me in the office. now they have no recollection of saying that they would take care of the overage. They are not to be taken at their word. make sure you review your paperwork like a hawk because apparently initialed and handshaked terms do not transfer into the leasing office in all cases at Hyundai of Bedford
