  • If I could give zero stars I would. This company was only called because home warranty contracts through them. They do not return phone calls and the woman who answers their calls was unprofessional. She didn't know how to properly answer the phone and communicate with customers. How are they in business is beyond me. Stay clear of this company they are telling us we need to remove out trusses in order to diagnose and AC unit. I called to get more details and the woman simply directs me back to home warranty. Home warranty only has notes and not exact details. So how am I to find out exactly what we need to do?
