  • Came in on a whim to find a random board game that I suddenly *really* want and despite not having it in store the store manager called 4 different stores in the area to help me see if they have it in stock just so I don't have to drive around in vain. Turns out the other stores doesn't have it either but the level of service and customer care here is top notch!
