Run by extremely friendly and helpful shopkeepers, who are happy to help you find that one-last-and-completely-unpronounceable-ingredient you have scrawled on the palm of your hand. Yeast and flour for naan, mango powder, blocks of paneer, fresh cloves, asafoetida for digestion, Fantastic fresh spice blends, ground and unground seeds, a wide variety of dried legumes, tamarind, tamarind pastes, canned saag, Chyawanprash, (http://www.dabur.com/Products-Health%20Care-Chyawanprash) neem toothpaste, spicy jars of pickled things, vegetables I cannot identify and those pre-made packed indian meals for one. Most fantastically Fresh curry (fenugreek) leaves for making sambar.
