BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE OWNER ADRIENNE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE OWNER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED FROM A BUSINESS EVER!!!!
I booked a 90 minute massage that they accidentally put down as a 60 minute massage I thought that was worst part, but it wasn't!!! And this was an issue because I was left with an extra $25 gift card that I don't want to use with this company!
During my massage Alexis the massage therapist kept tossing the lotion bottle on my legs in between uses.
Next I discover that Alexis thought the massage was 60 minutes when she literally spent 1 minute on each of my arms because she was rushing to get done since I had her spend a lot of time on my back because I was under the impression that I had a '90' minute massage.
As she was ending I said to her, "I had a 90 minute massage". She said she would check with the front desk. When she returned she said that it was in fact only a 60 minute massage that they scheduled.
When I went to the front the lady at the front desk apologized and said she was going to reach out to the owner and that they owner would give me a call back. That was on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018. I never received a call.
I called back on Sunday, Feb 25th to follow up and the lady said the owner was off and that she would give her the detailed message about my experience.
Monday, Feb 26th passed without a call.
Tuesday, Feb 27th passed without a call.
I decided to try again on Wednesday, Feb 28th.
This time when I called in the owner ADRIENNE answered the phone. I asked her if she was familiar with my name and the experience I had. She said "No". She said you can tell me what it was.
I told her I was shocked she was not aware since I was told twice that a message was sent to you and one of the people that told me that was a manager.
She said she didn't get a message, but I could tell her what happened.
I wanted to first address that there made need to be some training on communication because I was certain a message had been given to her by this point.
She said she will deal with that.
So I went on to share my disappointment with the massage itself and the fact that I got cheated out of my extra 30 minutes and that I was disappointed to learn the messages about my experience never got to her.
Her response was, "What Do You Want Me To Do" in a very brash tone.
I was shocked!! There was no apology or sympathy. She just said point black, "What Do You Want Me To Do"!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!
I will spare you all of the back and forth. She ultimately said, "I don't know what you want me to do, you got your massage and if you didn't really like it you should have gotten off the table and said something. She said you can go over to the other LaVida location since you didn't like it here."
I WAS LIKE WOW...REALLY! YOU JUST SAID THAT OUT LOUD!!
She had no compassion in her voice. She eventually said, "I don't want you to come back here since you didn't like and you should go over to the other location and use your extra $25 gift card there". End of discussion.
THAT HAD TO BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD...THIS WOMAN NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THIS BUSINESS IMMEDIATELY. SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN ANY BUSINESS THAT REQUIRES CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN HER LIFE!!
When I called corporate they tried to make an excuse for her behavior saying that she's from the UK!!!
