  • Stay far away if your a woman. This place is what gives mechanics a bad name. My wife took our vehicle to this location today for a oil change, she had a coupon for a free oil change. When she called me to let me know I told her it would be a up charge for full synthetic and also because our vehicle takes 7.9 qts of oil i had my wife ask the service advisor how much the oil change would be total out the door with the up charges he replied out the door with tax its $35.00. I told her this was a great deal to do it assuming they would do a inspection on the vehicle also. The service advisor then tells my wife the car is done no one ever talked to her she never received any recommendations, and tire pressure was low when she got home, and to top it off the price is now $52.81 which is more then the $35.00 he told her. My wife asked why and he said its because your car took more then 5qts. My wife said I told you how many qts it took before you took the car and you told me $35.00 out the door. He then told her the vehicles done and thats the price, because of the forcefull tatics you use on women and not inspecting the vehicle prior to service we will not be bringing our vehicle back to you. And we will be sure to use social media to warn others of your tatics, while filing a complaint with the BBB.
