  • I have taken my car here for years. From a smog check to engine repair. This time around I took it in for my yearly smog check. Checked in and waited. 15-20 mins later the call me back to tell me I need 400 in total of fluids replacement and breaks done, told them no I'll have my family member do it for me. (They even pulled out my filter to show me it was "dirty") paid for the service and started to drive off. I come to a stop light and my cars starts to die on me. (NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH MY CAR WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF TO THEM) I barley made it home. Pop the hood open to inspect what could be causing my car to do it.. I take a look around and saw a main hose from the filters to the engine was popped off, which was causing too much air to get into the engine. I called USA auto back and told them what was going on, they said to bring my car back so they can look at it. Told them to fuck off and I'll be in contact with the BBB to report them. Never in my life have I dealt with a business that's willing to put someone in harm to make money. All because I told them no.
