Celebration Square is always a good place to meet. The weather was not the best, but could have been worst. VIP section was so close to the stage that I was having hard time conversing with people sitting next to me.
Food: A-
I got a full rack of ribs from Billy Bones and was very tender and tasty. The meat was doing the proverbial "falling off the bone" thing. Basically the meat almost melted in your mouth. The sauce that came with it could have had more kick, but overall it was the best ribs I had in Mississauga for sure.
Kris U shares some Funnel cake with us. I felt in love. It was like so tastyeeeee that I almost forgot how much calorie it was packing.
People: A+
The crowd was law abiding and friendly type. I have been to some public festivals where people got way past drunk. The people I sat next to at Yelp table were nice friendly folk. I wish I got to talk to them more but it was hard to talk over the loud music.
Verdict:
Next year I would go there again on my own, and bring some friends too. I think a half a rack of rib dinner with two sides was priced at about $20/person. That is pretty decent price. Most restaurants in the area charge more than that for the same dinner and I seriously doubt they can beat the level of tastiness.
