I can definitely agree with other reviewers on lack of helpful staff here.
I called ahead to make sure they had what I needed in stock (raffle tickets). Upon arriving, GHOST TOWN. No floor staff to be found and employees behind counters seemed disinterested and avoided eye contact. One guy walked right past me on the floor and didn't ask if I needed anything, I had to specifically walk after him and ask where the item was.
As an added note, I used to work in retail and hated when customers would ask me where something was when they could have looked up for the aisle signs so when I'm shopping, I do my best to find what I need on my own before asking an employee. On this occasion, I was wandering up and down the aisles in plain sight for several minutes before asking for help and was given a general idea of where it is. Maybe it's just me, but when I worked CSR/retail, you walked the customer over to the item unless it was crazy busy in which case you got a co-worker to do it, and it's not like it was crazy busy.
Cashier was friendly though. :)
