  • I have had my fair share of stays at Motel 6, but this one was one of the most professional establishments I have been to in a long time. My TV was not working when I arrived so I unplugged it and left for a few hours and when I returned around 9:40pm it still wasn't working. The night staff was amazing the lady from front desk Jen and night staff security Angelic (yes they have night security!!! Made me feel safe!!!) came to the rescue. After several attempts to get it working and even tried removing the TV from the mount and no luck they offered to get another room ready for me. They showed 100% customer satisfaction and by far amazed me for being a budget motel. Thank You!!! not in the best areas of Las Vegas but definitely one of the nicest places compared to a lot of the crappy places around the area.
