| - Overall, this Worldmark property is just okay, and similar to other Worldmark properties. It's nice that they have so many extra saunas (though we were too busy to use them, unfortunately, so I can't speak to quality). I like that they have a bunch of board games free to rent and several internet computers, and a hourly shuttle to Orleans and Caesars.
Our room was reasonably clean, in okay condition (not new, but not horrifically worn), a little on the small side (1 bedroom). It was quiet, but I really wish the bedroom window had curtains on it, too much light leaking in. The bed was too firm for my taste, but not painful. As others have stated, the AC is loud and somewhat lacking in effectiveness.
I guess this property must also be letting people book it like a normal hotel, but this is a Worldmark timeshare. I'm an "owner" and they all have pay Wi-Fi and housekeeping is only between guests (or once a week if you stay longer than 7 days, I think). Some other reviewers seem confused by this. Like many Worldmark properties, you have to go to the "parking pass" desk, which is just a ruse to pressure you into attending a sales presentation in exchange for "free gifts" (usually show tix or dinner certificates). Just say no, people.
I was not worried about security on the Worldmark property, but if you venture to any stores nearby after dark, be mindful that this is not a super safe area of town.
