  • Springdale Floral is more than just a nice place to pick up some pretty bouquets and flower arrangements. The chocolates, cookies, balloons, help cover all the necessaries for a last minute gift, or an apology, or even a thank you. The home-made fudge were available in pretty substantial portions in a display case in the center of the store. Of course, the ability to buy a lottery ticket can't hurt either. I had visions of some poor hapless person picking up a lottery ticket at the same time as flowers and chocolate as part of a big apology to a significant other whose birthday was forgotten. There's also a fair amount of religious-inspired items, perhaps as a nod to its location near a couple of churches and being on a main street. For a small store, there's a lot of stuff here and there's no high-pressure sales.
