  • Excellent service!! Brad was very personable, professional, even took off his shoes when spraying inside. Made friends with my three little fur babies. He was extremely thorough, pointed out areas that others might have missed. He explained the reasoning behind what he does and why. Probably spent a good 45 minutes on our property. I love the fact that there is no contract to sign; we plan to have him come out quarterly but if we do not need him at that time then we can decide when the right time to treat again will be. Prices extremely reasonable and guaranteed! I was with a prior company for a few years and while they may have been a little cheaper, they kept screwing around with my schedule and would call at last minute to say they were in the area, hours before my scheduled appointment, while I was still at work and since I needed to be home when they were there that was not going to work for me any longer. And after yesterday's visit from Brad, they were not as thorough either. He even placed little "traps" in the garage to evaluate a potential scorpion problem, no one has ever done that before!! Brad, and his wife, are flexible and very understanding. They communicate well with the customer. I HIGHLY recommend Urban Desert Pest Control.
