| - This is absolutely the worst place to ever do business with. I've had my belongings in storage units around the world the world even with Public Storage, but not this location. From the moment I walked in and every time after that that I walked into the office, it smelled so bad of weed. It was like somebody had just lit up a bong. I dealt with Britnee, and she could use a little bit more manners when it comes to customer service. My stuff was in the storage unit for one month and 6 days. Knowing that I was going to be vacating my unit on the 6th of August, I got a hold of this place and left six different messages asking them to call me to tell me what my prorated amount was. No one ever got back to me. When I was afraid that they would hold my stuff for non-payment, I went online and paid for the entire month. No sooner did I do that but an hour later Britnee called me back. She informed me that because I had paid the full month's rent, that I would be getting a check back in the mail for the difference. When I went and checked out of my storage unit with my movers, she walked me to my unit and even asked me to please stop by the office and update my new address so she would know where to mail the prorated check too. A month and a half went by and I never got a check. I sent an email to Public Storage headquarters to tell them my concerns. I also told him about my conversations with Brittnee. Their response, in an email, not a phone call was I was do no refund proration back. That is how this company operates. I was probably only Due about $75, but it's still the principal. They rented out my unit to someone else and got double payment for it. That's against the law. If I could give this place negative Stars I would all day long. By the way the other two or three times that I came back to the office to talk to Brittnee about other things, again big cloud of smoke smells like weed. As a matter of fact I think that business should open as a dispensary instead of a storage place.
