  • The technician, David Betterton, was like a dose of sunshine on a cloudy day. Seriously, who wants to be in the position of having to call a plumber. Regardless, I learned a lot today and feel like a more informed home owner. David was honest and awesome! He truly was so friendly and really worked with us in attempting to fix our issue. Pure Plumbing will be my first call for any future plumbing problems, to ensure the work is done ethically and correctly the first time. :)
