rev:text	I would never recommend this company! I bought a groupon that said carpet cleaning, deodorizing, and sanitizing the carpet. It sounded great to me so I bought the service. I have stairs so I paid extra money to have them cleaned as well. When the person arrived to clean the carpet he wanted to charge us even more money to add in chemicals he said we needed. I have worked in flooring for a long time and the carpet only needed basic cleaning so he was trying to upsell us. He only used water and steamed the carpets instead of using whatever was needed to clean the carpets. I came home to soppy wet carpets (roommate was there for the fun) and it smelled terrible. All he really did was run hot water over the carpet and call it a day. He was only there about 45 minutes just long enough to say he did something. I was very unhappy when I got home. I called the company and spoke to a nice young lady on the phone who tried to explain it all away so I asked to speak to the manager. As it turns out the manager was the person who had performed the so called cleaning. I asked to speak to him to try to have the actual service performed. He called me back and after speaking to him he was unwilling to make the service right. I asked to speak to the owner but he would not give me his information. I asked for a refund and he said he would speak to the owner. No word yet on the refund. If you truly want your carpet CLEAN, then don't call this company. You will get the old bait and switch routine. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
