  • It's really sad...I've been a client over a year always get new person, never any suggestions of design, never put on the "list" for either owner(prior to leaving for pregnancy) or Heather, Sons sister always newest person...it's very disappointing can't get 10 nails to look similar twice In a row. after driving 39 minutes I've decided last week was my last time. There is always another shop really sad has so much potential to keep clients long term but employee turn over is probably as high as client turnover
