I had the absolute best service advisor when I last took my car into this dealership but when I took my car in for service this last time, the first week of January, for a check engine light problem, service was absolutely terrible. Sadly, I was not treated in a manner which I considered professional or respectful. The tone of the service manager was rude, condescending, impolite, uncaring, indifferent and very un-Mercedes Benz like. Disappointing, very disappointing.
