  • We dropped by here weekend of 8/8/15 and it was a small, cute, fun store. They have all these cute accessories such as earrings, necklaces, watches, and even swim suits. My partner bought a swimsuit on the first day. Once she tried it at home, she realized that it was see through and she didn't like it. We went to return it the following day and they said all swim suit sales were final, even though we still had all the original pieces and plastic strip they have on the bottom half of the swimming suit. Most importantly, the person who sold us the swimsuit did not mention that all sales were final, nor is there a sign on the rack indicating so. We felt very cheated, and after the worker there (different person from yesterday) texted the Winky owner, she finally let us swap the swimsuit with other items in her store. Customer service goes a long way (especially in this day and age), and this review would not have been the same if she did not let us return the swimsuit, without having any indication that swimsuit sales were final when we purchased the piece. Either inform your workers to tell all your customers or put a sign on the rack. But don't tell us sales are final after the fact. Left a slightly bad taste in our mouth when we left because if we didn't ponder in the store after the worker made her statement, we might have just left with an unhappy product. 3.5 stars, but i'll be nice and round to 4.
