Went to the Glendale store to get my machine worked on, it froze up. I took it in on a Thursday, never been in the store at all. They are nice there, they have a lot of different items. Was told my fix would take 7-10 days (business days). I got the Savvy Shopper magazine in the mail on Saturday, and inside was a coupon for 20% off repairs. This is the part that sucks, they would not honor it, because I didn't present it when I came in. Well duh! I didn't have it then. You would think they would want a first time customer to come back, Guess Not.. They said they could not change the invoice when it has been printed up before hand. You can VOID any paper, but not them. They could have done something for a first timer to come in, nothing. So don't think I will return.
