  • Visiting this property resulted in one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The property manager first attempted to charge me more than $300 more per month than other identical units, was rude and dismissive when I asked about it, and then made it clear that I was disrupting her work by attempting to find an alternative. I'm a good tenant; good credit, great job, and live alone. This woman treated me like she was doing me a favor just to speak with me and ended up being so rude that I canceled the hold I had on a potential unit. Since then they've completely ignored my requests for a refund of my deposit which was supposed to be refundable. If you're thinking of living in Awhatukee, I'd suggest thinking twice about leasing from this property!
