  • The receptionists are nice and the optometrist is knowledgeable but unfortunately, the technician, Mark ruined it for all of them! I wouldn't recommend this office to a family member or friend, nor would I recommend it to a bum on the streets! Mark doesnt know how to do his job right the first time around and is unaccommodating whatsoever! I picked up my child's glasses & within the 1st 30 mins noticed that there was something defective with the frames. He was very defensive & rude & only offered assistance when convenient to him. It was unacceptable & I would only recommend them if he no longer worked there!
