  • Again, if it was at all possible I would not give any stars! After her horrible experience with Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram I posted the events here and Mr. Purdle responded saying he was sorry and wanting to speak with me about what had occurred. I am not sure why he wants to talk to me. We had already spoken before and all he did was lie to me and tell me he was going to give me a discount on the work (he never did) and that he was not taking advantage of the situation and my daughter. Well, after some research I discovered what a complete liar he is. My daughter was forced to find another garage to take her vehicle to because there were still some issues. She found a wonderful family owned shop very close to campus and was told that they routinely undo a lot of the poor work that Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram does and that they really jack up the costs when they see that the customer is a college student from out of state. They even managed to put her license plate back on in under a minute (something Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram us unable to do). I am shocked and disappointed that this dealership would target out of state college kids that need work done on their vehicles. Maybe I need to contact the local TV stations about this type of unethical behavior! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP! They will rob you blind.
