  • I wish I could give them 5 stars but because of the rude woman that answered the phone early Thursday afternoon, I am only able to rate you 4. In the past, I have ordered from Tiger Lily off eastern and they even did the flowers for my late husband's casket 14 months ago. The flowers are always amazing but I would definitely work on your customer service. When I asked on Thursday if they could be delivered the same day, I was told NO, they would not be able to be delivered until late Friday. When I said "Wow, I did not know you had 3 locations, that is really cool" she was completely unfazed. Again, the flowers were amazing, the customer service SUCKED.
