I purchased a dining table set. One of the 2 bolt that holds the top table to the base was not tightening. I determined it was a defect in the actual bolt. The first tech came out and said one bolt had more thread then the other. This had to be rescheduled so that they could order new hardware. I finally get an appointment to install the new hardware with there 12-6 window. I wasted another day waiting for these guy to show up. Sure enough these guys show up 10 mins after 6pm with the wrong hardware! Really?! I called customer service to see if I could come pick up a hardware from another set of dining table they had. The lady said the only thing they could do was replace the whole table. I only needed one bolt! I had to rent a uhaul truck to get this table here in the first place now they want me to bring the table back just because policy won't allow you to pull the hardware from another set they had in stock already? This is ridiculous! Had you guys given me a non defective hardware in the first place we wouldn't be where we are at now. I've spent thousands here and due to this experience here I will no longer be returning. I wasted my only day off to sit around and wait all day for nothing!!!
Really disappointed with how they handle defective parts.
