  • Recently purchased an RX 450h from this dealership and was very pleased by the experience and impressed by the staff. Once I found the vehicle I wanted I called and spoke to Tristan(?) who was very nice and knowledgeable. I live a ways away from the dealership and they pre-approved me prior to coming in, which was a great service since I knew I was good to go if I liked the vehicle. Once at the dealership I was greeted at the door by the sales associate, Leon Rios, who had the vehicle parked and waiting for me in the front. Leon was VERY knowledgeable about Lexus products and in particular the hybrid models which I was looking at. He even helped us after the deal was done by syncing up mine and my wife's phones with the vehicle's bluetooth features. Finance dept was equally friendly and easy to deal with. From start to finish, I found the buying experience at Lexus of Chandler to be great. I used to work in the car business and I've seen everything good and bad, and I can tell you first hand that this is a good dealership to buy from.
