  • A friend recommended Commonwealth Animal Hospital to me after we'd discussed how outrageous veterinary services can be in Charlotte, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that their rates are really quite reasonable. The clinic is clean and friendly, and the staff is great. I've used them to board my dog, and they've also taken care of one of the series of shots. I did a little fostering of dogs that were looking for a home for a while, and the people at Commonwealth answered a lot of my questions and helped me with a little discount on the foster dog's treatment. So often, when you go to a vet, you feel like the staff is only interested in making money...but the Commonwealth people made me believe that they really care about the animals they treat. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy all over...kind of like my dog.
