  • I have been going to see Dr. Braun here for over 10 years. Nothing ever changes, nothing gets better. I have the same issues as when I started going. My last visit was the last straw. Over an hour and a half wait, not including the 20 mins that I showed up early. I should have been in and out with plenty of time to make a very important meeting. He finally walks in when its time for my call. When I asked if I could have 10 mins to take a call, he said... No. We can meet now or reschedule... Shocked! I waited on him for almost 2 hours but he couldn't give me 10 mins. I told the office manager that I wanted to file a complaint. She brought me in her office and listened. Then, she agreed that they could have done a lot of things differently, and told me that she would look into it and get back to me. That was almost 4 weeks ago. I haven't heard from them... Swept under the rug?
