  • I have visited five times, and the first three had wait times over an hour with a second waiting room behind the doors for you to wait more and rude front desk people. BUT, the last two times my wait time total hasn't exceeded 15 minutes. I was so happy that I mentioned it to some staff and they told me they hired 3 new people because of the wait complaints. *Dr. Lalani isn't the warmest person I have ever met, and I only met him once, but he is at least TRYING to do better and I have been to a lot of offices that never try to improve. I really like Dr. Nash by the way, she is lovely and a very good listener.
