  • I had a great experience with Joe Gregory at Rebel Automotive. After reading the 5 star reviews, I decided to make an online appointment for Saturday to check my transmission. I had my transmission flushed by another mechanic in September but felt I should take my Ford to a better mechanic. Joe was great; he called me to confirm my appointment so I knew I was getting my car looked at. When I got to the shop on Saturday, I found him very straight forward about what Rebel was going to do and when I would get my car back. I made the necessary transportation arrangements and let him know that I couldn't pick up my car until 6 PM. He said he'd stay late just to accommodate me; I didn't have to stress out about leaving work early and fighting traffic. He really went out of his way to make my experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend Rebel Automotive and would tell his boss to give him a raise!. We replaced a broken part and put in the Ford recommended transmission fluid ... he even showed me the broke part. Now, that's real customer service! =)
