  • The place is always immaculate, the estheticians are all attentive and polite, and the workmanship is fantastic so it pains me to say I won't be going back for their bio gel nails again. I don't understand why their bio gel products are so fragile. The application was done very properly by Helen and I was very excited about going back as a regular. But within less than a week, 4 (not 1 or 2 by accident) bio gel nails cracked and chipped off. I didn't want to go back and expect a free repair as I don't think it's the esthetician's fault for product failure... plus she has no control over the product selection. So as the nail job deteriorated over the week I had to trim my nail down. Then the nail ends crumbled more and more. Even regular nail polish lasts longer than the gel products they carry. I highly recommend this salon for the level of service, but stick to getting the classics (mani & pedi, waxing, etc.) done.
