  • Caught them lying to me. Was passed off between 3 sales reps during visit. Sales "manager" came over and gave us ridiculous pricing. As an XPlan member we had set pricing which was not the price being given to us. They low balled our trade. Then when we told them we didn't want to trade in.....the total price of the car didn't change. The got caught lying about the trade in (made no difference) and cost of new vehicle. They did nothing to try and keep our business after I confronted them on vehicle cost. Would never recommend business to this dealership.
